Okay, i'm 16 and i want to lose some weight. i made this meal plan, and i don't know if it will work to make me loose weight. so tell me, is this good? what would you add or change to make me loose weight faster? oh yea, i also have fitness class next semester so i will be working out Monday to Friday, for an hour and a bit. plus i work out Mondays after school and Wednesdays after school.Breakfast Oatmeal with apples. and a glass of orange juiceSnack Half an English muffin with jam, and a teaLunch A Cesar salad lettuce, light dressing, croutons, and sometimes bacon and a chocolate milkSnack The other half of the English muffin with jamDinner A small salad without dressing, and chicken wrapIs this good? will i lose weight? and if you have any tips they would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I am 15 and 120 pounds, i want to lose a bit of weight this new year. is this reasonable to eat to lose weight? what suggestions would you make?Breakfast Orange juice and oatmeal with diced apples in it.Lunch A Cesar salad with chicken no dressing and a small chocolate milk. Dinner A small wrap with grilled chicken, ranch dressing, and lettuce, and a white milk Snack Fruit and yogurt with granola. So is there anything you would change or substitute? Do you think the chocolate milk is a good idea? and should i use low fat yogurt?Thanks Kieryn
What's the healthiest diet/weight loss regimen I can put myself on without tiring of it?
I am 300lb., 5'8" . I asked the doctor once he said I could get down to about 225 or a little more based on my frame. I tried losing but I always seem to gain more than I lose. I always go back to my sweet tooth also. I tired of the treadmill. I did it for about 3 wks though. It's like sometimes my life is so stressful that I always fall back onto bad habits. How do I break that cycle and get some discipline?
