Is this healthy eating for weight loss?
5'6 1 2" , 155 lbs, 16 years old, body fat 16 17 %. Goal 130 lbs for boxing. I think i may have hit a plateau b c I started about a year ago at 175 lbs but I have now stopped losing weight. I train 3 5 days a week in boxing for 1 hour 30 mins of cardio.7 30 2 glasses of water, bowl of all bran cereal w soy milk, 2 hard boiled eggs.10 00 1 scoop whey protein shake with water or crackers w peanut butter12 45 Whole wheat tortilla wrap with chicken tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, and mustard, and an apple, 1 bottled water3 30 Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, garden salad5 30 boxing8 00 2 scoops Whey protein shake, bananaP.S. I'm guessing my only problem is that I still pig out on weekends meaning from friday after school I load up on junk food and fast food until sunday night and go back on track monday. My trainer told me to cut out all bread and junk food.
Healthy eating for weight loss?
I need to lose some weight, but don't want to go on a crash diet, i want to make changes to my eating habits so it becomes a lifestyle change and the weight stays off for good. I am currently 5" 3 and weigh 11.5 stone. I want to be between 9.5 and 10 stone to be a healthy weight for my height. How many calories should i be eating a day and what kind of food??Best answer goes to best advice and to anyone who can suggest an example meal plan xx
