Is this a healthy weight loss program?
Does this meal plan sound healthy? Egg whites, wheat toast & fruit for breakfast. Lunch will be a nice big salad and fruit. And dinner will mostly vary from day to day. And snacks will be either fruit or a pouch of those 100 calorie snack bags. Also, I drink nothing but water and I don't eat sweets. My workouts will be like this Cardio every morning and strength training with some dumbbells I have here at home 3 days a week. Does this sound like it will work and be healthy enough for me to lose weight? And, should I take a multi vitamin everyday? If so, which one should I take based on this info 20 yrs old female vegetarian

Ok, my second baby was born about 7 weeks ago.my pre pregnancy weight was 59 kg 129 lbs and right now i'm at 70 kg 154 lbs . My height is 168 cm 5,5 feet .i can't really diet cause i'm breastfeeding. i really want to start working out, but am afraid that might just harden my body instead of helping me lose the extra lbs. what do you think? what sort of activities can i do to help me lose weight and not harden my body. thanks a lot.most of the fat is in my stomach area and my thighs....
I am looking for a healthy weight loss program that is fairly easy and doesn't involve deprivation. ?
I am 19 years old, I would like something that doesn't require physical activity to start off with and is fairly easy for a college student who doesn't have immense amounts of time to spend planning and organizing. I am looking to lose 90 to 100 lbs. I know that it won't be easy or quick, but I am looking for something healthy. Any suggestions pointers would be helpful. Also some good exercise programs that would help
Is this a healthy weight loss program?
i eat 1200 calories a day and exercise 6 days a week at the gym. i do half an hour of cardio usually one machine then half an hour of strength training 3 days with my trainer, 3 days on my own and then another half hour of cardio usually 3 different machines for 10 minutes each so far i've lost about 15 lbs, but what will happen to my muscle? should i eat more if i want to gain the muscle or is this amount of calories ok?
